Salt + Charcoal and Sushi Nakazawa Collaboration Dinner

Williamsburg’s Japanese steak house Salt + Charcoal is excited to announce a one-night-only collaboration dinner between their own celebrated Chef Tadaaki Ishizaki and Chef Daisuke Nakazawa of Sushi Nakazawa and “Jiro Dreams of Sushi” fame on August 20th.
The pair share a mutual respect for each other’s craft—Nakazawa with his sushi and Chef Ishizaki with his innovative and distinctly Japanese process of dry aging beef—and will present a $150 Omakase menu designed to begin with nuanced bites of Nakazawa’s delicate sushi such as his irisake bottarga scallop and crescendo to Ishizaki’s charcoal-grilled beef, including his charcoal grilled 40 day Jyukusei sirloin steaks.
