Regional Vietnamese Cuisine

Home to some of the world’s most revered and adored dishes, including Bún bò Huế, Xôi and pho, Vietnam’s cuisine is unique across it’s many regions. Consistent throughout the culture, however, is the balance of flavors – sweet, salt, bitter and spice – in this class you’ll learn to tackle the subtle regional nuances through traditional Vietnamese techniques and using fresh, seasonal herbs and ingredients from our culinary director, Nini Nguyen (who’s passion for food developed on her trips to market with her Vietnamese grandmother).
