Raclette Cheese Pop-Up at Brooklyn Cider House

More cheese, please! Brooklyn Cider House will host a Raclette Cheese Pop-up on Thursday, December 19 from 5–9pm. For one night only, classic melted Raclette straight from the cheese wheel will be served over garlic roasted fingerling potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts, cornichons, cipollini onions and baguette paired with cider for $12, with Kielbasa $16. Raclette can also be added to the regular dinner prix fixe menu for $12 and includes a cider catch as well.
