Raclette and Beer at Bedford Cheese Shop

The air is finally cold and crisp – fall is upon us, which means one thing to those of us in the cheese business: it’s time for raclette. Come learn about its history, eat a bunch of melty, funky cheese, and pair it with craft beers. This class is co-taught by two of our favorite industry people: Nadjeeb from Columbia Cheese, and Hayley from 12% Imports.
