Pie Workshop

From the organizers:

Learn to make a whole grain, naturally leavened crust from scratch to use in making seasonal pies and galettes! Together we will create your own starter, a botanical infused sugar, and of course a mini pie or galette to take home! This workshop is excellent for beginners or experienced bakers alike.

Space is limited. Afternoon nibbles will be served al fresco weather permitting!
