Pickling

The Brooklyn Kitchen and Brooklyn Brine present a hands-on pickle party celebrating the best of seasonal produce. The class will discuss principles of pickling: vinegar-based and fermentation. Using some of Chef Shamus’ top-secret test recipes, we’ll jar up some pickled goodies for participants to take home.
