ONE MORE BITE: A Family Food Festival
October 22, 2017 @ 10:30 am - 2:30 pm
$5
From the organizers:
Calling all foodies big and small! Join us at our second annual family food festival, One More Bite, on Sunday, Oct. 22, at the Green Building in Gowanus.
At One More Bite we turn trying new foods into a game. With each new bite and activity that teaches kids how good food is made, they get their passbook stamped. Once it’s full they get a treat from the Peapod truck parked outside. (And parents you also taste everything along the way.)
Private Picassos will also be leading four different forms of “food coloring,” from printmaking with veggies to sculpting with grapes, and Giant Games of NYC will have life-size Connect 4, Jenga and a corn hole toss in the courtyard.
Advance tickets are $5 per person, $7 at the door. (One and unders are free.) We have goody bags for the first 100 guests, and following the fair, you can take your ticket to Ample Hills for $1 off a cone. Invite your friends on Facebook and come play with your food!
