Naturally Curious: Education and Tasting of Natural Wines

Biodynamic, organic, sulfites… what do these mean for wine? You’ve been hearing about “Natural Wines” for a few years, now let’s delve behind the labelling to really understand what makes these wines so unique. Sung Cha, owner of Williamsburg’s The Natural Wine Company will discuss and lead a tasting on a few natural wines with familiar varietals.

Guests will taste 6 wines, handpicked by Sung, and learn how these wines made it from the vineyard to the bottle. The tasting will be followed by a short cheese reception.
