On November 9th @ 6:30 – 8 pm, Red Bee Honey is pleased to partner with Bien Cuit Bakery in Brooklyn for a honey tasting and pairing event. Marina Marchese, Author and Italian-trained Honey Expert, will lead an educational talk on honeybees and a guided tasting of 5 American honeys paired with Bien Cuit bread, local cheese and seasonal produce. Zachary Golper, Chef and Owner of Bien Cuit, will discuss his baking process and the nuances of each bread selected for the pairing. This is truly a unique foodie experience!
