M.F.K. Fisher Dinner is inspired by the works of beloved food writer M.F.K. Fisher, an American who wrote about her culinary experience at home and abroad from 1930’s-1990’s. This four course meal is taken from quotations and recipes found in several of her works including Consider the Oyster, How to Cook a Wolf, and An Alphabet for Gourmands.
