Local Roots Cooking Club

From the organizers:
Learn to cook new dishes in a fun and casual setting with Local Roots NYC! You’ll learn how to prepare a seasonal farm-to-table dinner in groups, basic knife skills, and tips on how to add variation to the same dish so leftovers always feel new and exciting. The evening will end by sharing the meal we created together. Participants will walk away with recipe cards for the night’s dishes, an opportunity to meet other like-minded individuals, and an immersive culinary experience. There will be only 12 available spaces. Complimentary wine is included.
The menu will be inspired by seasonal items from Local Roots NYC farms and producers and will be announced shorly.
