Latin America is renowned around the world as famous for it’s vibrant and mouth watering flavors – from tamales to tostones, pasteles to pupusas and asado to arepas, the region is replete with enticing eats, particularly those designed to munch on the move. In this class we’ll make the exotic accessible as we navigate the cuisine of Mexico, Venezuela, Argentina and Colombia, bringing some sunshine to our Spring palates.
