Chris McDade, the culinary half of the team behind nomadic restaurant, Popina, that will open it’s first brick and mortar restaurant early 2017 in the Columbia/Waterfront District of Brooklyn, brings his brand of Italian cuisine to Humboldt & Jackson. Chris was born and raised in the south, but earned his cooking chops in NYC at restaurants including Maialino and Cafe Altro Paradiso. Come taste the way he blends Southern and Italian cuisine and culture.
