By Hand: An Artisan Food Experience

Join author and baker Sarah Owens and ceramic artist Aliza Simons of Henry Street Studio for a special brunch as part of the series called By Hand: An Artisan Food Experience. We will share our stories as creative women before opening up the discussion to the group and making food together. You will learn how to mix, shape, boil, and bake whole grain bagels as well as another recipe from Toast and Jam before sitting down to the brunch table. You will take home a sweet handmade spoon from Henry Street Studios and a botanical cocktail is included. Signed books will be available for sale.
