At Cook Space, we want to strip away the vernacular that associates gluten free lifestyles with deprivation by not just offering “alternatives” or “replacements” to glutinous ingredients, but also by identifying delicious dishes and menus that are naturally gluten free. In this class, we will prepare Italian fare that will make you forget about gluten.
