GCC Block Party

According to the organizers:

We’re taking Gowanus Open Studios to the street! Nevins Street, between Carroll and President, to be exact.  We will be exhibiting:

• Our brand new Rainwater Harvesting System – learn about CSOs and how we can all pitch in to help reduce them

• Native Plant Sale – Hit the ground running with fall planting

• 2000 Gallon Project – See where we’ll be planting trees and perennials throughout the neighborhood

• Full Moon Flotilla – Check out the floats, and stick around for the launch at high tide (6:18p)

Threes Brewing and Porchetta will be selling refreshments – grab a beer and a snack while you plan your GOS 2016 tour route.

And be sure to add Gowanus ArtLab to that route! Our partner artists will be showing awesome work produced in Spring and Summer workshops.
