Fruit Somm Grill Residency at Hudson Wilder

For all of August, design studio and lifestyle brand Hudson Wilder invites grill lovers to its headquarters in Dumbo Design District for an exciting lineup of chefs and small barbecued bites. Tristan Kwong, a Cantonese American chef known as @fruitsomm, kicks off the month with an epic feast of skewers: cumin mushroom, charsiu pork collar, velveted black pepper steak, and XO cheung fun.
