New York City’s greenmarkets are blessed year round, but our most bountiful season is undoubtedly Fall. Join us as we tour the Brooklyn Greenmarket and Grand Army Plaza, where we’ll guide you through how to identify quality produce and shop responsibly with a finished product in mind, after which we’ll return to our studio to whip up some magic with our bevy of beautiful fresh ingredients.
