Four Horsemen and Achilles Heel Collaboration

According to the organizers:
The Four Horsemen chef Nick Curola and Achilles Heel chef Lee Desrosiers are teaming up for a Japanese inspired one night only event on April 12th. They’ve collaborated on a menu that includes ume clam toast, fish cake in dashi and Japanese cheesecake for the evening.
