A Modern Russian Hanukkah dinner with chef Sasha Shor, presented by the Jewish Food Society
Join us for a festive five-course Russian holiday dinner by our cook-in-residence alum Sasha Shor. Sip custom infused Russian Standard Vodka pairings during a feast of crispy Cornish hens laced with garlic, walnuts, and a mountain of fresh herbs, and latkes made with smoked fish — plus, a special dessert collaboration with Dough’s Fany Gerson. Food writer Adam Sachs will join Sasha for a conversation about preserving family recipes that you won’t want to miss.
This dinner is hosted in collaboration with our friends at Casa Publica, so expect some ancho chili and charred scallion salsa verde on your borscht!
