Ramen, that most beloved of late night staples and inspiring obsession worldwide, can be a daunting challenge to say the least. Let us take the nerves out of the noodle bowl – Chef Brandon Bryd, alumn of the infamous Momofuku noodle bar will guide you through the ins and out of elevating your ramen from the $1 packet from the corner bodega (though, no disrespect, we’ve got nothing but love for cup noodle). In this class, you will learn how to make ramen noodles from scratch, perfectly soft boil eggs, and to develop a deep, layered ramen broth along with the myriad fabulous toppings to garnish your bowl the way YOU enjoy it best.
