Dress to Impress: Salad Dressing Workshop

According to the organizers:

Discover the right way (because there is one) to making the best salad dressings. Then, harvest microgreens to pair with each of the three options: honey cider vinaigrette, green tahini yogurt and miso ginger. Enjoy a light dinner highlighting your newfound salad dressing skills (and some other delicious stuff), and take home samples of greens to enjoy later on for a guaranteed #notsaddesklunch.

*Includes a light dinner and class materials.
