Dinner with Julia Child

From the organizers:

Julia Child fell in love with French cooking while living in France in the 1960’s. Her seminal book, Mastering the Art of French Cooking, took America by storm and launched her lengthy career as cookbook author, television personality, and inspiration for generations of aspirational home cooks.

This class will consist of a seasonal menu derived from the works of Julia Child.

Menu:

• Quiche Lorraine
• French Potato Salad
• Sauteed Chicken Provencale
• Poached Pears

Skills Learned:

• Making mayonnaise
