Dinner with Friends: Kachka

Join us for our Dinner with Friends series featuring Kachka from Portland, OR on Wednesday, December 6.

Bon Appétit and Reynard are partnering with our friends from Kachka for a dinner to celebrate the release of their new cookbook. Bonnie Morales is bringing the full Ruskie Zakuski spread: horseradish vodka, dumplings, rabbit, and tea cookies for a wild Soviet soirée.  You know you want to find out what herring under a fur coat really is.

Ticket price includes a full menu and gratuity. Additional specialty cocktails, wine and beverages available for purchase.  Books will also be on sale and chefs will be available to sign copies while you try every vodka under the sun.
