Cookbook Club Presents: Dinner at the Long Table

According to the organizers:

Cook through DINNER AT THE LONG TABLE during the month of MAY and drop by with your favorite dish on JUNE 6—all are welcome! It’s a potluck party! It’s mad civilized! It give us a monthly inoculation of hope!

This was one of our favorite new cookbooks from last year. We are so excited to roast olives, roll up corn arancine, salt bake some Branzino, throw together a quick berry cobbler, pour ourselves some Fernet and watch the sun go down with our closest friends.
