It’s safe to say, though we love to deviate from recipes, we are a little cookbook obsessed here at Cook Space. From piquing our curiosity into a new way of doing things, to simply inspiring us from season to season, these archives are precious to us, and we want to share the love with you!

Join us as we continue our COOK THE BOOK series, working our way through “Power Vegetables”, the cookbook from our favorite food renegades over at the late, great Lucky Peach (RIP) that puts the punk back into produce. From corn and miso congee to carrot curry, we’ll show you how to make the most out of the seasonal market bounty (and make it look beautiful too!)
