Chicken (among a thousand other things) is Nini’s specialty—from drawing on her New Orleans upbringing into the perfect deep fried delicacies, to channeling her Vietnamese roots into lemongrass chicken skewers, she knows her way around America’s favorite meat. We invite you to come to us with your “dream dish,” that chicken recipe you’ve always wanted to tackle, and we’ll teach you how! Whether it’s braised, breaded or buttered to high heaven, you’ll leave armed with the tools to re-create that fantasy meal for loved ones time and time again.
