According to the organizers:
Brisket King returns for a sixth year to a new venue! Where else to crown the King of Brisket than in Kings County? We’re heading to the Old Paramount Theater at the Food Science Academy of LIU in Ft. Greene, Brooklyn, where we’ll have plenty of Brisket, beer, wine and spirits, plus the option for VIP tables. There 12+ chefs will compete for the glory of being our “kosher bacon” King!
This year’s event will have celebrity judge Daniel Vaughn, Barbecue Editor of Texas Monthly, and both people’s choice and judges awards (additional guest judges TBA).
