Join James Beard awarded author Sarah Owens as she helps demystify and trouble shoot baking with natural leavening. In this one day class you will be walked through the basic steps of baking with sourdough and will observe common mistakes vs. successes. Scoring technique will also be practiced. Breakfast and lunch provided.
