Few foods are more synonymous with the bringing together of people than, bread – central to the formation of early human societies, the simple equation of salt, water and flour has evolved to produce thousands of delicious iterations across cultures. Both humble and revered, bread is by far our favorite carb – I mean, just look how much it means to Oprah!

Join us as Chef Nini (former pastry chef of Eleven Madison Park) guides us through some of her preferred dough preparations that are bound to impress any crowd (but are secretly easy!)
