Big Vegan BBQ with Russell Markus

Vegans, vegetarians, omnivores, and lovers of sauce are all welcome at the third iteration of Big Vegan BBQ. Hosted by Russell Markus, the chef behind the seasonally driven culinary project Essential Herbs, this event brings the best local summer produce under one roof—all the produce is sourced from farms within 200 miles from Gowanus. Of course, it’s not a Public Records party without a DJ: Theophilos Constantinou [founder of Psyche Olive Oil] will be spinning tunes. Tickets grant entry and your first bite is on the house, while additional food and beverage are available for purchase.
