Beer + Alpine Cheeses at Bedford Cheese Shop

Few pairings are more satisfying than alpine cheese and good, crisp beer. The salty, nutty and oniony flavors that linger throughout the alpine family are a natural pair for the bready, yeasty notes of classic German-style beers. In a class co-taught by a BCS monger and John from Jack’s Abby brewery, which specializes in American-iterations of standards like lager and pilsner, you’ll learn about what makes beer beer, and why it tastes so good with cheese.
