African Pop-Up Festival

Lovers of jollof rice, fufu, and regional African foods will feel at home in this annual, two-day Flatbush Junction event. Presented by African Restaurant Week, it’s a full takeover of this bustling pedestrian plaza, and brings together small business restaurants and vendors selling handcrafted jewelry, clothes, and of course, homemade savory dishes and treats. Hours: 12–7 PM daily, August 8–9.
