The Bon Vivants, The Daily Beast, and Imbibe Magazine with the USBG National Charity Foundation are excited to invite you to the 5th Annual Swig n’ Swine Brooklyn!
Swig n’ Swine is a gathering of cocktail enthusiasts and professionals together under the lovely November sky (rain or shine!) in Brooklyn with pigs, punch, games, and music – all in the spirit of giving back to the community.
Now in its 7th year, the Pig & Punch / Swig n’ Swine event series has donated over $300,000 and coordinated 8,532 cumulative man hours of volunteer labor for charter schools in New York, New Orleans, Portland, Miami, San Francisco, and Austin. This year we’ve got 8 massive barrels of punch crafted by The Bon Vivants plus tons of pig dishes and sides by some of New York’s top chefs. Chef Scott Baird of The Bon Vivants and Trick Dog will be manning the helm as always, with some incredible local talent to be announced soon!
Come out, have a blast, and support the cause. You don’t want to miss it! With entry, you get all you can eat, all you can drink, and a limited edition Swig n’ Swine t-shirt! We will have additional rad Swig n’ Swine merch for purchase. All the proceeds raised through tickets and merch sales benefit KIPP NY.
The event is the second part of charitable festivities. The day before, a group of bartenders and spirits professionals will volunteer to help out at a KIPP Brooklyn school so the school can get the muscle and dollars! If you’re interested in volunteering, email us at pig@bonvivants.com!
