SHELLebrate New York Oysters @ The 5th Annual EMPIRE OYSTER! Enjoy UNLIMITED NY oysters paired with UNLIMITED NY Libations and complimented with passed appetizers from Chef Hong Thaimee from Thaimee Restaurant at McCarren Hotel & Pool in Williamsburg. We’ll gather on this day to SHELLebrate Governor Cuomo’s recent announcement of $10+ million for shellfish / bay sanctuary / restoration projects for Long Island! And, of course, celebrate NY Oysters, NY Wine, NY Beer and NY Spirits! We’re also hoping to host Governor Cuomo as he announces the official launch of the Aquaculture Division of the New York Grown & Certified Program.
