The OysterHood presents the 5th Annual EMPIRE OYSTER – New York Shellfish Showcase. This year we are pleased to be hosted by Matt Bruck & Chef Hong Thaimee and The McCarren Hotel & Pool in Williamsburg.
Autumn is Prime Oyster Season. We are pleased to offer an extraordinary culinary experience, which features two ways to participate.
