Our Tenth AnnualCassoulet Cookoff will take place on Saturday, January 20th from 12 -3 p.m., pop up location in NYC at The Brooklyn Kitchen, Williamsburg . This year’s event is being co-hosted with Chefs’ Consortium, which will help source local ingredients for chefs.
Tickets are now on sale and we still have spaces available for both amateur and professional chefs, with features of the cookout to include:

- People’s and judges’ choice awards, with cool prizes for best of show from sponsors WÜSTHOF and Anolon Cookware

- this year, celebrating our 10th year of the competition, all inclusive ticket with samplingof 10+ cassoulets, and selection of cider, crft beer , wine, and spirits, list coming soon.
- $45 all inclusive food and drink ticket, 21 and over event
