It was one of our biggest How To’s yet, with a full house of budding entrepreneurs, armed with notepads, questions and a whole lot of ambition, eager to learn How To Sell from our panel of experts.
We gathered Monika Luczak and Przemek Adolf of Saucy By Nature and Fare Trade NYC, Nicole Chaszar of The Splendid Spoon, Kelly Geary of Sweet Deliverance and Marisa Wu of The Salty Road, who have all successfully realized their dreams of selling their product to the general public, to share their wisdom and answer questions from the audience. From permits to the need (or lack thereof) for a test kitchen to targeting a demographic, no stone was left unturned. As proof of success–and a little inspiration– each panelist shared samples of the goods they now successfully sell.
